We're from Michigan and found the Lake Keowee area by accident and immediately fell in love with the area. Sue made contact with Tammy. In relative short order, she was able to show us several options for home and vacant property. we made a couple more trips and ultimately bought a beautiful lake lot that we hope to build on. Prior to closing, we were trying to confirm the septic tank validation process which included permitting, taping off the property lines on a very steep grade and the identify a requested tank location. We were in Michigan with no way of pulling this off in time. On an early Sunday morning, Tami and her husband went and took care of it!
